廉航省成本不備燃料　飛安恐出包

【綜合報導】全球經濟不景氣，廉價航空如雨後春筍冒出，但同時也衍生出不少飛行安全問題。

愛爾蘭廉航瑞安航空(Ryanair)的客機，近年多次因燃料不足急降，報告揭發瑞安航空為節省成本，要求機師以最低標準燃油量出航，一旦遇上突發事故，後果堪憂。西班牙事故調查委員會報告，揭發瑞安內部人員的備忘錄，要求機師不用遵守每次航程應額外攜帶備用燃料的慣例，表示攜帶備用燃料，公司每年預估虧損500萬美元，約是1.5億台幣。

財經立法峰會 27日登場

為提升立法效率，加速台灣經濟發展，財經立法促進院將於明（27）日起一連三天，於圓山飯店舉行「2013財經立法高峰會」，探討立法院第八屆第四會期重要財經法規。

此次高峰會將邀請馬英九總統出席致詞、立法院長王金平以「強化立法運作與提升立法績效」為題專題演講，另包括財經相關部會首長、朝野黨團領袖及各委員會召集委員、各產業公會領袖、傑出企業負責人以及重要財經相關學者專家，都將參與演講及座談。

財經立法促進院院長、台大金融中心主任黃達業指出，這次是該院首次舉辦的立法院重要財經法規探討，未來每半年都要舉行一次，趁立院休會期間邀請產官學領袖共同討論、凝聚共識，希望在立院新會期能迅速推動。

黃達業表示，此次峰會共九大重要財經議題，其中有三大議題相當急迫。首先是能源環保與經濟發展議題，外界對核四公投立場分歧，究竟是環保重要或經濟發展重要，希望透過此次會議讓外界有更多思考。其次是金融改革議題，希望促請政府推動金融整併，提升金融業競爭力；第三是都市更新議題，這幾年政府打炒房政策失效，主要是因都在需求面打轉，如果能從供給面下手、透過都更釋出土地資源，將可達到產業、民眾、政府稅收三贏局面。

請問以下五種資訊證照哪一種較容易考取？

我就讀的大學要求畢業門檻「基礎資訊證照」

1. 行政院勞委會乙級電腦軟體應用技術士。
2. 行政院勞委會乙級電腦硬體裝修技術士。
3. MOS OFFICE 系列資訊國際證照(WORD、EXCEL、ACCESS、
PowerPoint)。
4. IC3 資訊國際證照 (Internet and Computing Core Certification)
5. TQC OFFICE 系列基礎資訊證照(WORD、EXCEL、ACCESS、
PowerPoint)。

請教一下，除了１、２以外，其他三種比較容易考取？

我是製圖科報考設計群並進入半美容半化工科的學生～雖然有想過要拿硬體裝修，不過要到乙級對我來說很難，考慮了之後還是想說先拿到較簡單的證照再來想難度高的
