明天是「祖父母節」，雲林縣「代代感恩心~信件傳情」祖父母節宣導園遊會活動，今天在古坑綠色隧道公園舉行，由三代同堂精彩節目揭開序幕，並由小朋友寫出心中想對祖父母說的話寄給祖父母，場面溫馨。

縣府教育處長邱孝文表示，發起祖父母節明信片活動，是要鼓勵孫子女寫出對阿公、阿嬤的感謝，將平常不好意思說出口感恩的話，透過文字傳達給阿公、阿嬤知道，藉此拉近彼此距離。

宣導園遊會除可憑寄給祖父母明信片兌換小禮物，也安排台西鄉、水林鄉樂齡學習中心祖孫一同表演，還有古早童玩體驗及DIY等各項闖關活動，吸引許多民眾體驗，洋溢祖孫幸福快樂氣氛。

【黃瑞娟／花蓮報導】台灣世界展望會今天在光復糖廠舉行「鑽石糖SHOW一下」活動，受助個案自信地在舞台上表演才藝。

受助少年林約伯目前就讀東華大學2年級，他從小二起就接受世展會資助，苦心學習各種樂器，他將音樂才藝傳承給其他受助兒童，組成「光復鄉五月天」樂團，毫無音樂根基的團員從打節拍開始練習，今天下午首度公開演出，贏得台下熱烈掌聲。

林約伯說，他從小由祖母帶大，接受世展會資助至今，他以過來人身分鼓勵其他資助童：「接受幫助，更要學習幫助他人」

目前國立科大三年級
準備要為自己的未來做努力

猶豫著
直接補習或自修 報考一般警察特考四等 (因了解自己的實力沒到考三等)
卻又不想一輩子當個一線三小警察 想等受訓分發完之後
以警員身分考取警大研究所在職生

看過很多前輩的回答幾乎都勸退堂鼓 或是說沒滿25歲就先去念警專 血統才純正
但我今年已經22歲 高中不念書休學一年又念夜間部晚一年 已經比同屆的大兩歲
如果再念警專的話又要花費兩年的時間念書 之後還要服兵役一年
還要再考上特考才能當警察 到時候已經27歲左右才當警察 ...

我想請問
1. 考上一般警特四等 受訓分發完當警員之後 考取警大研究所在職生 畢業之後是回原單位 ? 或是能升遷 ?
2. 所謂警大二技一定要有雄厚的年資才能考上 ? 畢業就能任兩線一 ?
3. 何謂警正班 / 警佐班 ?
4. 建議直接報考一般警特四等或是重考警專 ? (高中是念高職 ... 警專入學考幾乎沒學過)
5. 如果考上一般警特四等 有何方法能夠任兩線一 ?

於2013年4月通車的五楊高架，通車未滿半年，就在潭美颱風過境後，北上林口路段竟出現多處裂縫，最長達到30公尺，國工局因此緊急封閉部分車道連夜搶修，並表示路面的裂縫可能是壓實過密導致地下水壓無法宣洩而撐裂，但對此土木專家認為不可能，並直言國工局「胡說八道」！

2009年五楊高架開始興建，於今(2013)年完工並通車，工程共耗資新台幣606億元，但如今北上林口45公里路段，路肩與排水溝竟出現二道裂痕，另有一道出現在車道上，且長達三十公尺。由於網友痛批工程是豆腐渣，使得國工局緊急出面澄清，指目前初步判定是因為大雨釀成，導致地下水位快速升高，水壓過大才會撐裂路面。

但對此台大地質系教授劉聰桂表示，台灣下大雨不是最近才有的事，工程設計時本來就應該考量到地下水位的問題。新北市土木技師公會理事長余烈更是直言，五楊高架的問題在於擋土牆，泥土排水溝造成擋土牆位移，由於擋土牆傾斜拉扯到內側車道，才會讓地面出現張力裂縫，國工局的說法根本是一派胡言。
