【綜合報導】美國加州的森林大火已經蔓延一星期，但天乾物燥難以控制，優勝美地國家公園(Yosenmite)都已失守，目前加州西部共有50多處大型火場，且今天(24日)已威脅到舊金山的供電系統，舊金山當局宣布進入緊急狀態。

在內華達山脈發生的森林大火蔓延得最快，當地時間周五(23日)已經蔓延到舊金山以東的旅遊熱點優勝美地國家公園，燒毀了公園東北部達4450公頃的林地，距離公園主要遊客區只剩31公里。乾燥炎熱的天氣加強火勢，大火只有2%受控，至少已燒毀12棟建築物、威脅4500戶及無數個家庭被勒令撤離。當局正與國防部及加拿大當局尋求協助，要求增援及協助救火。

前幾日我作夢夢到我在救一窩小貓
夢境裡當時的小貓都受了重傷(像是受虐那種)
我也不知從哪拿來了箱子要救他們
可是過程中有幾隻小貓死掉
而最後我還也沒跑到動物醫院我就醒了
想請問這種夢有什麼特別含意嗎?
是好夢還是壞夢呢?

【王立德／台北報導】國際金價今年上衝下洗，年初高點逼近每盎司1700美元，6月底時一度跌至每盎司1180美元價位，全球央行買盤因此縮手，上半年總計買入180.2公噸，比去年同期的276.4公噸，年減34.8%。
 
不過同時期「中國大媽」卻逢低瘋狂搶進，據中國黃金協會統計，今年上半年中國整體黃金需求大增逾50%，且多集中在飾金及黃金條塊，購買力驚人。
 
至上周五為止，國際金價收在每盎司1396美元，外界預估日前瘋狂抄底的中國大媽，帳面獲利已經逾1成，接下來就看是「續抱」還是「獲利了結」。
 
從統計來看，全球央行第2季僅淨買入71公噸，創2011年第3季以來新低，與去年同期的161.4公噸相比，衰退56%。惟隨市場氣氛轉趨樂觀，台銀貴金屬部表示，包括高盛等投資銀行第2季逢低增持黃金部位，預料這波國際金價上漲走勢有機會延續。

【廖珮君／台北報導】刷卡享免費的道路救援，門檻愈來愈高。目前多數發卡銀行基於成本考量，均要求持卡人，前1個月至少要刷滿3000元、或前1年要刷滿1萬元，才能使用免費的道路救援，否則不想「卡」在半路上，只能自己掏腰包。
 
華南銀宣布，10月起，持白金卡等級以上卡友，從過去「刷一筆」就可享一整年的免費救援，調整為前12個月得先刷滿1萬元才能申請登錄道路救援，享一年不限次數的免費救援。
 
此外，國泰世華銀、台北富邦銀白金卡友若要使用道路救援，均需前1個月刷滿5000元，且全年最多限3次免費救援。中國信託商銀則是上月需刷滿3000元或前3個月每月平均刷滿3000元，才可享有當次免費救援。
 
銀行主管透露，汽車一次拖吊都要數百元，高速公路拖吊費更達上千元，如果卡友不消費，銀行連刷卡手續費都賺不到，還要額外支出拖吊作業成本，根本是兩頭燒。
