【綜合報導】美國田納西州的雪爾比郡小學當地時間22日早上，一名5歲男童攜槍上學，男童將手槍塞在自己背包中，在學校餐廳等候上課鐘響時，放在背包裡的手槍突然走火，所幸沒有造成任何傷亡 。

這名男童隨後遭警方管束，消息傳出後，校方發表聲明表示沒有證據顯示，男童有傷人意圖，但學校嚴禁攜帶槍械，男童仍須接受嚴懲，目前男童母親正接受警方偵訊，以釐清男童如何獲得手槍 。

【綜合報導】英國有一對同卵雙胞胎涉嫌一宗性侵案，由於他們擁用相同樣貌和DNA，當局無法判定誰才是犯手，只能一同控告二人。

檢方沒有透露案件詳情，只表明事發於2011年11月，22歲居於伯克郡的孿生兄弟莫罕默德(Mohammed Asghar)和阿法柏(Aftab Asghar)，涉嫌性侵一名女子。由於英國皇家檢察總署（CPS），無法根據現場留有的DNA，判定犯案者是兩兄弟中哪一人，還是二人均涉案，只能一同起訴二人。

檢察官表示，這宗案件很奇特，還需要找出更多證據，案件將於12月開審。

【吳國仲／新北報導】今天清晨1時許，汐止區民權街傳出一起墜樓意外，一名30多歲黃姓男子從自家公寓的5樓跳下來，落地時發出巨大聲響，家屬發現趕緊報案。救護人員趕到時，男子已失去呼吸心跳，墜樓原因目前由警方調查中。
 
救護人員表示，男子疑似是從公寓的5樓跳下來，頭部受到重擊，已沒有呼吸及心跳。現場地面遺留大量血跡，看了令人觸目驚心。黃男的父親不解他為何跳樓，只說近兩周來，黃男好像中邪變了個人，常喊說有人要殺他而變得歇斯底里。
