標題[食記] 台北 丸龜製麵-來自日本的平價烏龍麵

餐廳名稱：丸龜製麵 消費時間：2013年7月 地址：110台灣台北市信義區松高路9號 電話：(02) 2729-1658 營業時間：上午 11:00–下午 9:30 可否刷卡：可 好讀網誌版:http://www.wretch.cc/blog/styleforuu/35766914 之前得知丸龜製麵在信義新光A8開了台灣第一家分店 就一直很想嚐嚐 我最喜歡吃烏龍麵了! 挑了一天平日晚上去吃沒想到還是大排長龍 大約等了15分鐘吧 這是點餐的圖示~好可愛 排隊的過程其實也不無聊~透明化的設計可以直接看到師傅在你面前做麵條 煮麵 還用一個很像漁網的東西撈麵 好有趣! 價位如下 大碗最貴也不超過180 算烏龍麵裡蠻平價的 最後點了牛肉溫玉濃口烏龍麵、明太釜玉烏龍麵、鮪魚飯糰、炸蝦跟炸雞~ 明太釜玉烏龍麵 (中) 烏龍麵是我喜歡的那種滑溜口感ya!很彈牙! 每一口烏龍麵上都沾滿明太子 蛋 天婦羅花 海苔和蔥花 拌在一起超入味!一口一口吃的 我欲罷不能 只是吃到最後覺得好鹹 還好他們有提供冰開水~ 牛肉溫玉濃口烏龍麵(大) 牛肉跟半熟蛋還有烏龍麵都是我的愛呀!應該點這個才對 最喜歡吃烏龍麵和半熟蛋那種咕溜又帶點濃稠的口感了~~~牛肉有點像壽喜燒帶有甜味 也 好好吃! 比起明太子 這是個清爽比較耐吃的口味 排隊時間做了一下功課發現炸物大家比較推這兩類~ 炸雞:肉很多汁鮮嫩~但皮有點厚 我比較喜歡吃肯德基哈哈 天婦羅:口感酥脆~搭配酸酸的天婦羅沾醬還不錯 鮪魚飯糰:普通,下次不會點 後記: 好吃指數★★★★☆ 丸龜的口味蠻對我的胃 ~價格也便宜 我點中的就吃得好飽好滿足男生點大的也吃得好撐~~ 希望可以多開幾家分店 不然要排隊只能選平日來了 下次想去吃吃看「稻產養助」手工烏龍麵店! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 36.224.36.66
