【陳如嬌／台北報導】華航集團宣布，與南方航空擴大共用班號合作，於雙方共飛的桃園-烏魯木齊航線執行共用班號合作，增為每周六班往返服務。

華航集團表示，集團與南方航空自2010年10月底起成為共用班號合作夥伴，於桃園往返廣州、浦東、深圳、武漢、大連、長沙、鄭州、瀋陽等8條航線共用班號，8月增加桃園往返烏魯木齊航線後，華航集團與南方航空共有9條共用班號航線。目前，華航集團在上述航線的班次達每周68班，其中由華航集團飛行的航班為33班。

【綜合報導】中央氣象局於上午8時30分解除潭美颱風的陸上及海上警報，但由於外圍雲系帶來的大雨，導致新竹縣五峰鄉122縣道41K處道路變瀑布，目前已拉起封鎖線，全線封閉中。

據《壹電視》報導，由於潭美颱風大雨造成新竹線五峰鄉122縣道全縣封閉，41K處的道路更是因大雨變成瀑布，圍欄也遭到沖毀，新竹縣長也預計將在09:30分到五峰鄉視查災情。

【綜合報導】不滿政府強拆苗栗大埔，農村陣線聯盟發動抗爭，不僅到行政院丟油漆，更到內政部靜坐守夜。這種污辱公署、破壞市容、造成民眾不便的抗爭，讓許多民眾不以為然，認為當初農陣所訴求的「非暴力抗爭」已變調。不過簡錫堦引用1849年美國詩人大衛索羅，因不滿政府而拒絕繳稅坐牢的例子，認為這種「不合作」的方式，要求政府收回命令、謀求改革，就是「非暴力抗爭」。

台灣促進和平基金會執行長簡錫堦在《蘋果日報》論壇版發表《佔領公署就是非暴力抗爭》一文中指出，抗議前行政院吳院長食言，違背對大埔農民「建物原地保留」的承諾，農陣青年向行政院丟油漆，且就地靜坐表示願負法律責任，完全符合甘地的抗爭準則。

國人大多誤以為非暴力抗爭就是屈服、投降或不抵抗，是「懦弱者的策略」。其實積極非暴力抗爭包括罷稅、罷工等不合作行為。這種抗爭手段看似荒誕但實則威力巨大，足以逼使當權者屈服而改革不公義制度。且不致帶來仇恨，有助實現公義及和諧社會的建立。

【綜合報導】 日本知名餐廳「大戶屋」昨日表示，前天在東京新宿的一家分店，有店員誤遞漂白水給客人飲用，導致這名顧客身體出現不適，目前正在醫院治療當中。

大戶屋指出，前天早上8點左右，有店員在開店前進行清洗茶杯和茶具，該店員在茶具中加入少許的漂白洗潔劑，等待洗淨。但到了下午2點，這個放入漂白劑的茶具並還未洗淨，另一名店員誤以為茶具裡裝有茶水，於是倒給客人飲用，讓客人誤飲漂白水。

大戶屋表示，公司會負起全部責任，並指示員工必須在結束營業後才能洗茶具，並在開店前必須確認茶具有無完全洗淨，避免未來再度發生相同意外。

※ [本文轉錄自 ChungLi 看板 #1I5MHw6d ] 作者: kazemings (Ming) 站內: ChungLi 標題: [遊記] 復興鄉 壞掉的基國派老教堂 時間: Thu Aug 22 09:08:06 2013 曾經，我喜歡這個在群山環繞中，彷若隱世獨居的石造小教堂，這是基國派教堂，那直指 向天的十字架還曾被附近泰雅族居民稱為「天堂之鑰」。 基國派是當地的部落名，泰雅語原為「克亞國派」或「克那穀排」，後演變為「基國派」 。基國派老教堂是桃園復興鄉的泰雅族舊信仰中心，最初建於民國五十二年(1963年)，由 黃榮泉牧師設計，孫雅各牧師、陳忠輝牧師、美國青年軍等籌措經費，動員了全村居民同 心協力從蝙蝠洞附近搬運石塊堆砌起這座教堂。五十年來就一直靜靜站在這，就算屋頂曾 被吹壞，但石造外牆一直屹立不搖。 從省道台七線往復興方向行去，就算是北橫公路的起點了，一直到三民後，會有條台七乙 線往三峽去。不管它，我們繼續向復興去，過東安橋後左手邊小路有個標示「蝙蝠洞3公 里」的牌子，這就是往老教堂的路(桃114鄉道)，循著小路一直上行，還未到蝙蝠洞有條 向下的小岔路，路口有個小牌子寫著基國派，進去不遠處就是老教堂文化區的入口。 2009年時，我無意間知道了這個小景點，十分喜愛，當時還有人照顧，而老教堂內還有文 物展示，作為一個文化館去保存著。只可惜四年後我來到這，發現無人整理，整個滿目瘡 痍。 當時還遇到一群可愛的原住民孩子，十分活潑，把老教堂旁的休息平台當成孩子的午後乘 涼處，只可惜現在完全像個廢墟，無人看管，連遊客都不愛來了 .... 也許因為人力與經濟效益的關係，這兒連攤商都不願意來，但希望縣府文化局能重視這種 具有歷史意義的地方，讓人們能重回這地方吧！ 【相關資訊】 景點：基國派老教堂 地址：桃園縣復興鄉三民村18鄰96-3號 -- C'est moi, c'est la vie. 愛吃、愛玩、愛拍照，生活就是如此簡單。 https://www.facebook.com/MingBlogging -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.124.142.211 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: kazemings (59.124.142.211), 時間: 08/22/2013 09:08:42

【綜合報導】潭美颱風遠離，不過一夜大雨造成山區災情。苗栗縣火炎山因為土石沖刷，造成一條直徑50公分的自來水幹管斷裂，滾到大甲溪中。

這也讓苗栗縣苑裡、通霄、西湖、後龍等4個鄉鎮、上萬戶無水可用，自來水公司人員表示，由於必須先搶通坍方道路後，才能維修自來水管，所以最快還要1天才能恢復供水。
