【陳穎／綜合報導】韓國夯團「Super Junior」（SJ）強仁曾一度胖到90公斤，昨在「推特」放上激瘦照片，和以前胖嘟嘟的模樣判若兩人。他說：「我正在用斷食法減重，已經27天沒有吃澱粉類的食物，餓的時候只會吃一些草莓。」

他空腹上健身房，迅速甩肉15公斤，變成180公分、75公斤的標準帥哥，但他表示，空腹做有氧運動，瘦的不是脂肪，只是體重機上的數字，我餓得太過頭，還得了腸胃炎，不建議大家用斷食法，真的會變老。

貨櫃車擦撞小客車　橫跨路面交通回堵

【莊淇鈞／新北報導】國道3號北上下中和交流道的匝道，今天上午8時許發生一起聯結車與自小客發生擦撞，造成2人輕傷，送醫治療後無大礙。

警方表示，由於事故現場為2線道的匝道，貨櫃車因擦撞後橫跨在整個路面，又正逢上班時間，造成交通阻塞，國道員警已到場交管，紓解交通中。

http://udn.com/NEWS/FINANCE/FIN3/8112399.shtml 【經濟日報╱記者謝佳雯／台北報導】 2013.08.22 04:26 am 臉書（Facebook）昨（21）日宣布，與手機晶片廠聯發科、三星、諾基亞、高通（ Qualcomm）等業者合作成立internet.org，將致力推廣全球網路普及，讓其餘三分之二、 約50億人口可以上網。 internet.org是由臉書、愛立信、聯發科、諾基亞、高通、Opera及三星等七家創始會員 所組成，以全球性的合作夥伴關係，讓網路應用更為普及，台灣聯發科和品牌廠商南韓三 星是該組織現階段唯一來自亞太地區的成員。 聯發科董事長蔡明介表示，聯發科兩年內在新興市場已出貨超過3億台智慧行動裝置，將 全力支持internet.org推動全球網路普及，而全球的網際網路和社交媒體也是工業革命以 來最大的變化。 對聯發科來說，如果網際網路或者行動上網更為普及，有助帶動手機等行動裝置需求上揚 ，晶片業者可望受惠。 internet.org認為，目前全球只有27億人、超過三分之一的世界人口使用網際網路，其餘 人口因為種種原因而無法上網，雖然每年上網普及率以9%的比率增加，但這個速度遠遠落 後於現有網路科技的發展。 臉書創辦人兼執行長查克柏格（Mark Zuckerberg）指出，臉書已給世界各地的人們接觸 的能量，internet.org將集結全球合作夥伴關係，努力克服挑戰，包括那些目前無法負擔 得起網際網路的人，「讓全世界的人都能上網，是我們這一代的使命。」 查克柏格表示，在internet.org計畫中，臉書將與合作夥伴包括手機業者、瀏覽器業者、 晶片業者等相互分享技術和開發適當的工具，降低上網門檻，聚焦三大領域：人人都能負 擔的上網技術、改善資料傳輸效率、發展能擴大上網的商業模式。 internet.org希望透過降低成本和提供應用程式所需要的數據流量、啟動新的商業模式， 提供網際網路給目前尚未上線的三分之二人口，讓這50億人口可以上線。 愛立信總裁兼執行長衛翰思（Hans Vestberg）表示，超過100年來，愛立信已使全球超過 60億人可以使用移動通信，未來會努力塑造網絡社會，創造負擔得起的網際網路。 同樣加入成為internet.org創始會員的高通執行長賈可伯強調，行動生活已改變許多人的 生活。三星則會提供高品質的行動裝置，確保未來50億人口享有極佳的上網經驗。 心得： http://images.plurk.com/kewf-67gzs1bvkQ9WJOnMAEmtBW.jpg

泰國默劇團來台公演 為難民孩童募款

來自泰國的Babymime寶貝默劇團即將於9月在台北盛大演出，首次來台將帶來最新劇作《小紅帽》，顛覆可愛小紅帽、可怕大野狼的刻板印象。票券收入則將全數捐給中華人權協會台北海外和平服務團TOPS，作為在泰緬邊境協助難民兒童接受基礎教育的服務經費。

在泰國相當知名的Babymime，生動活潑的肢體表達、逗趣的橋段以及與觀眾精彩互動的功力深受無數大、小朋友喜愛，是泰國最專業的默劇表演團體。他們的默劇表演，跨越了語言和年齡的限制與隔閡，淺顯易懂的卡通形象與劇情橋段搭配精采互動，不僅深深抓住邊境孩子們的心，就連大人、老師們也總是攜家帶眷地前來觀賞。

Babymime經常出現於泰國的電視廣告，除了在泰國各地巡迴演出之外，也曾遠赴新加坡、韓國和馬來西亞表演。在逐漸成名的同時，他們從不忘關懷弱勢族群並參與各種公益活動，其中，他們每年都會赴泰緬邊境地區為當地的難民與移工孩童義演，今年已是第5個年頭。

Babymime團員對於邊境孩子們的反應一直感到印象深刻，團長Nging表示，「我們常常為都市的孩子們表演，但從未看到像邊境孩子看表演時，眼睛散發出的純真與期待。這種能量不斷回饋到我們身上，激勵著我們即使路途遙遠，也要每年不斷回來為這些孩子們演出，因為我們相信，每位孩子都應享有充滿歡笑的童年。」

在當地從事人道援助與教育服務工作的TOPS駐泰領隊李榮源表示，「泰緬邊境上有超過14萬緬甸難民，從1980年代開始，就因為家鄉的戰火而避居在邊境上的9座難民營，至今仍無法返鄉；難民孩子們在營中雖然獲得了安全，卻也失去了自由，生活與學習資源匱乏，更遑論欣賞各種表演藝術的機會了。」

TOPS駐泰領隊李榮源強調，希望透過這次表演，能讓台灣的大、小朋友一起體驗這樣「有聲勝無聲」的表演魅力。更讓大家知道，在世界另一個角落，有一群孩子，在困苦的生活中仍然渴望讀書求學的心願，透過這次義演的活動，將歡笑與愛心傳達泰緬邊境。
