疑趴睡窒息　女嬰送醫不治

【陸運鋒／新北報導】昨天晚上11時許，新北市板橋發生一起嬰兒疑似趴睡窒息意外，1名2個月大女嬰，由家人洗完澡後，帶回臥室休息，1個小時後發現女嬰沒有呼吸，立即叫救護車將女嬰送醫，經醫院急救後，仍無法挽回一條小生命。

警方調查，2個月大的陳姓女嬰被家人發現時呈現趴睡狀態，家屬發現女嬰身體冰冷趕緊送醫，警方檢視女嬰身上並無外傷，初步懷疑為趴睡導致窒息，詳細死因仍有待檢警進一步鑑定。

大水來不及排出　至善國小宿舍遭水淹

【李銘宏／台北報導】台北市士林區至善國小宿舍前的人孔蓋，昨天晚間10時許突沖出大量排泄不及的雨水，並隨即淹進將一旁的宿舍庭院內，住在宿舍內的訓導主任立刻通報1999及校安系統，與另一戶宿舍的警衛一家人撤往學校避難。

至善國小訓導主任畢建華表示，昨天下午就已經發現淹水，他們曾試圖清潔附近排水溝，水位略有下降，但幾小時後大水仍衝進宿舍庭院內，只差10公分就淹進屋內了，與校長聯繫並通報相關單位後，與妻子及住在隔壁的校警一家4口撤往學校安置。

【陳冠宇／新北報導】潭美颱風帶來大量豪雨，昨天下午因淡水河水位不斷飆高，馬偕銅像下半身浸在水中，昨天深夜11時適逢大潮，水位更是提高到銅像胸口以上，馬偕博士銅像幾近遭滅頂，警消趕緊於外圍拉起封鎖線，避免民眾好奇圍觀而導致意外發生。

趁著風雨交加的夜晚靈感突然喚起
八月份剛好小弟工作的轉換
之前工作每天過著早八晚八的生活
身心早已俱疲，唯有靠不斷的運動來轉換心情
也認識了鐵人三項這個運動
雖不捨相處多年與多時的同事們
毅然決然的轉換跑道

其實我本來沒有報這一場的
是因為救生隊同學剛好出差就代他出征
前一天剛好是舊同事的團騎日
遇上同事爆胎晚上十二點多才到家
比賽前沒啥睡四點鐘鬧鐘一饗就整裝出發
因為是救生隊團報有全程跟半程也在一起去加油

早上天氣陰陰看著精英組表演
沒想到游泳項目20多一點就上岸了
全程快要比我半程還快了耶~.~
看著他們流暢的上車輕鬆的跑步真羨慕
希望有朝一日能跟他們一樣輕鬆...(應該還要練個一百幾十年)
中午的時候眼看天氣越來越熱似乎有點不太妙
我看還沒有開始我就已經中暑了啦!
中午突然覺得巴豆好夭
本來想叫我的舊同事來補給一個便當結果似乎睡死了
"好佳再"拿了廠商的兩包餅乾解解飢

終於到了寄車時間
有了第一次碧潭的經驗
放置轉換物品也比較流暢一點了
轉換區剛剛好在最旁邊(真是VIP位置)

放置物品共分兩區
自行車
毛巾(掛在車上)、安全帽(掛在車上)、太陽眼睛(上次碧潭忘記帶這次放安全帽裡面)、手套(一樣在安全帽裡面)、車衣(掛在上管)、登山卡鞋、襪子(塞在鞋子)、水壺(已裝滿700cc運動飲料)。

路跑
帽子、號碼帶、跑鞋

補給品
能量膠X2、運動飲料一瓶

將物品當安妥完畢後
穿上水母衣跟三鐵褲打著赤腳就等著比賽開始
第一次參加協會比賽感覺還挺不錯的
每個梯次都有舉牌妹
但天氣太熱柏油路都可以煮蛋
各個選手都在喬地毯位置
但也因為這樣都排得很整齊呢

游泳
終於等到第一梯下水(天氣越來越熱)
大家很有次序的站在浮台等哨聲一響
全部噗通噗通跳下水了

第一次在浮台下水看來還是使用跨步式入水
剛好卡到第一排vip位置
一下水並未遇到拳打腳踢的狀況
水有點濁前25公尺都使用抬頭捷泳
開始覺得心跳有些些爆炸
轉換蛙式慢慢調氣再轉自由式
沒氣又轉回蛙式
沿路有遇到蛙式達人...狠狠的被踢了一腳腹部
心裡真的是OOXX髒話都快飆出來(雖然我也踢到一個但是我有停下來道歉喔!)
回程時泳鏡開始打馬賽克自由式左邊換氣還有強烈的太陽拳...
就這樣跌跌撞撞游到兩個大浮筒中間
兩腿發軟趴在浮台上等待救援
感謝工作人員真的很辛苦
沿路慢慢的跑到轉換區進行轉換
自行車部分真的很硬
風好像吹來吹去不知道是順風還是逆風
配速也亂了調(此項目爆了8分)
想找人跟車也跟不太上要不就太慢沒得跟
但在騎自行車的過程遇到"驚喜"
突然聽到老婆的聲音(是中暑幻聽了嗎)
原來他在旁邊的河堤騎腳踏車幫我加油!!就感心
想站起來揮手回應差點跌個狗吃屎...
就埋頭繼續騎了(回程風很大)
到了路跑階段換著雙鞋更換帽子，能量膠就帶著走了
路跑吃能量膠沒有水真的超難過(有點後悔了)
中間的噴水站超讚!不然早中暑了~
就這樣走走停停的順利完賽!!
