【大紀元2013年08月19日訊】（大紀元記者莊麗存台北報導）選購兒童雨衣要小心，行政院消保處19日公布，市售兒童雨衣塑化劑及含鉛量檢測結果，21件雨衣竟有15件不合標準，不合格率高達七成，其中2件鉛濃度超標。消保處說，經濟部標檢局已經要求業者下架回收並限期改善。

行政院消費者保護處與經濟部標準檢驗局抽檢21件市售兒童雨衣，發現僅3件完全合格，而21件有15件塑化劑超標，超標量從33倍至297倍不等，其中前10名超標200倍以上；2件的「鉛遷移元素」超過限量標準。

這次抽檢不合格，有多家知名兒童雨衣品牌都入榜，接觸久了恐怕會影響生殖器官發育以及智力發展。目前已依〈消保法〉規定，請業者下架回收，否則可對業者開罰6萬至150萬元。

消保處長劉清芳說明，抽檢的21件雨衣，有15件是越南製造、6件中國大陸製，為確保消費者使用的安全性，未來兒童雨衣必須經過商品檢驗局的核准才能上市販售。◇

【大紀元2013年08月19日訊】（大紀元記者周恆英国報導）8月19日起，明年在格拉斯格舉辦的英聯邦運動會的門票開始出售，首日網站幾乎癱瘓。人們有四周的時間申購這100多萬張門票。運動會的主辦方表示，一些需求量高的比賽門票將通過公平和簡單的抽籤來分配。

格拉斯格運動會為期11天，明年7月23日開始，來自英聯邦國家的4500名運動員將參加。第一階段的售票從本週至9月16日進行。申購門票的人可以使用在網上填寫表格然後用借記卡或者信用卡付錢，也可以通過郵寄的方式，使用購票指南上面附帶的申請表格。大部份比賽的門票，申請者可以申購八至十張，部份熱門比賽門票限購四張。

門票出售首日上午十點，網站就因為訪問量巨大而變得很慢，一些購票者甚至需要等待一個多小時的時間。組織者表示，人們無需急於購票，因為申購時間有四周，直到這之後他們才會開始處理這些申請。

成年人票價起價15鎊，兒童和超過60歲的老人可以買到最便宜的門票的半價票。組織者表示，六成的門票價格都在25鎊或者以下，而且包括當天使用當地公共交通的票價。但是一些最受歡迎的比賽的門票比較貴，比如7月28日的男子百米決賽，門票可能在30鎊至90鎊。目前牙買加的「閃電」博爾特還沒有決定是否會前往格拉斯格參賽。開幕式的門票價格在40至250鎊之間。8月3日的閉幕式門票最高價是200鎊。
