由於 Flickr 正式在台灣提供在地化服務，也針對了台灣使用者做了介面的改版。不過幾天前就有網友發現 Flickr 裡的安全搜尋功能被強制開啟，而且發生不能關閉的情形。消息傳出之後也在網路上引起了一些小討論（1,2），但這個問題很快就做了修正，目前已經回復正常功能，可關閉安全搜尋。

這是一埸誤會

安全搜尋主要是針對一些 18 禁的照片過濾的功能，開啟之後在搜尋的時候就會自動過濾掉一些 18 禁或是裸體的照片。在 8 月 16 日被不少網友發現了這個功能被強制開啟，而且是只有台灣的用戶才會受到影響，國外大部分國家的帳號則是正常。

Flickr 台灣社群經理施典志則在網路上表示這是因為上線準備工作發生的問題，將會重新開放安全搜尋的選項。到下午安全搜尋的選項就回復正常，關閉後也可以直接搜尋到任何照片，不會被過濾。

▲目前無法關閉安全搜尋的地區已經沒有台灣，也確實可以自行設定安全搜尋是否要開啟。

最近在智財局封網和電信法草案之後，封網的消息都會讓人特別敏感。這次 Flickr 處理的速度也表現不錯，很快就把安全搜尋調整回來，沒有造成更大的問題。
