奇力光電停工 南市府遞狀申告

位於台南樹谷園區的「奇力光電」因為無預警停工，導致近 700 名員工頓失生計，台南市政府勞工局長王鑫基會同律師前往台南地檢署遞狀申告，將全案移送南檢調查，委請律師控告奇力光電涉嫌侵占。

「奇力光電」是於今年7 月無預警停工，留下債務56億元，目前從董事長、總經理及董監事全部請辭，其中的奇美實業和群創光電持股約6成，但2家公司推稱只是股東，一切交由銀行團處理，讓頓失工作的勞工不知所措，在勞資協調過程中，奇力光電的董事長、總經理及董監事全數請辭。

市府勞工局介入協調，局長王鑫基表示，已將全案移送台南地檢署調查，勞工局也請律師控告奇力光電涉嫌侵占，控告對象包括董事長、總經理及全體董監事，王鑫基表示，奇美實業及群創光電是奇力光電的大股東，他希望這些「母企業」也能出面協助處理。

曾勇夫化身關主 替少年上法治課程

一群來自南投「陳綢少年家園」的青少年，今天到法務部、台北地檢署「司法學習之旅」，法務部設計尋寶、闖關活動，大關主法務部長曾勇夫面對小朋友的提問，來者不拒，此外，法醫帶來血淋淋的解剖圖片，為小朋友上一場法醫課，都讓小朋友驚呼連連。

「陳綢少年家園」的小朋友，19日搭乘遊覽車北上，到台北參加兩天一夜的「司法學習之旅」。法務部特別設計闖關遊戲，讓小朋友能輕鬆吸收艱深的法律常識，第一關由法務部長曾勇夫把關，小朋友的提問相當直接。

法醫蕭開平準備分屍解剖照片，替小朋友上一堂科學辦案的課程。

此外，台北地檢署也安排拒毒、科技監控、測謊高手等活動。

83歲的陳綢阿嬤說，希望透過這樣的學習，讓小朋友懂得做人道理，不要輕易犯錯。

小朋友完成闖關也說，這樣的學習真有趣，也的確學到很多。

洪水癱瘓馬尼拉

受西南氣流及潭美颱風外圍環流影響，菲律賓北部豪雨成災，首都馬尼拉19日上午水淹及肩，政府發布紅色警戒，學校、政府機關及股市交易所被迫關閉。

菲律賓總統府文官長歐喬亞（Paquito Ochoa）上電視對全國進行政府防災簡報，表示總統艾奎諾未預料到大雨會造成如此災情。他說：「這次豪雨與其他災害相比嚴重性較低。我希望明天災情就會減緩。」

根據法新社報導，下午馬尼拉雨勢減緩，政府已降低警戒水準，但據信仍有數千民眾在疏散中心避難，或受困於住家屋頂等待洪水消退。氣象預報表示晚間馬尼拉雨勢將再度轉強。

防災委員會表示目前至少1人在洪水中車禍死亡，2人失蹤。

2012年8月超大豪雨曾侵襲馬尼拉，造成51人死亡，200萬人受影響。

即食湯品含鈉高 董氏：應加水稀釋

【台灣醒報記者尹曉春綜合報導】飲用即時湯品，小心鈉含量攝取偏高。即時湯品由於只要加水沖泡就可飲用，相當省時方便，但根據董氏基金會19日公布的調查發現，各通路販售的147項湯品中，有近4分之1的產品鈉含量超過720毫克，其中更有高達1266毫克的產品，已超過每日建議攝取量2400毫克的一半。

董氏基金會7~8月間針對各通路（含網路）販售的147項即時湯品做調查，結果發現，有31項產品的鈉含量超過720毫克，其中鈉含量最高的義大利蔬菜湯一人份就含有1266毫克。

董氏基金會營養師呂蕙如表示，以一碗200毫升的品為例，147項湯品的鈉含量範圍很廣，從140毫克到1265毫克都有，平均為566毫克，約佔每天建議攝取量上限（2400毫克鈉）的24%。

呂蕙如指出，測檢結果發現，鈉含量較高的湯品，並不一定讓人感覺較鹹，不鹹甚至清淡的湯也不見得鈉含量較低。事實上，清湯除了熱量較低外，與濃湯得鈉含量相差不大，平均分別為584和558毫克。

董氏基金會表示，根據最新國民營養調查，成年女性每日平均鈉攝取量為3511毫克、男性4498毫克，遠高出衛生福利部建議的2400毫克。由於鈉攝取過多時，容易導致鈣質流失，增加腎結石、骨質疏鬆的風險。

對此董氏基金會建議民眾，選購湯品時要記得查看營養標示中的鈉含量，並在烹調時多加一些水來稀釋鹽度，或加入其他天然食材一起烹煮。董氏呼籲食品業者，應完整評估產品的健康程度，讓國人能喝的健康。
