【吳孟芳／台北報導】原訂於8/21舉辦的溪頭妖怪村鬼月「妖怪嘉年華」閉幕活動，因擔心受潭美颱風影響，將提前至明天(8/20)下午15:30舉辦。
妖怪嘉年華是南投溪頭妖怪村每年暑假重頭戲，從農曆7/1起舉辦、為期2周，今年活動有大公雞迎親、妖怪大遊行、超級名人復活賽等，吸引不少遊客參與，隨著活動進入尾聲，被釋放的妖怪們也將重返妖界。

明天妖怪嘉年華閉幕式活動將會有竹山高中同學製作設計的「台灣妖怪酷拉姆」，加入妖怪遊行共襄盛舉。而主辦單位原本邀請、由竹山身心障礙者所組成的「玫瑰打擊樂團」表演，將再擇日舉辦。

【綜合報導】馬政府執政5年多，近日因服貿協益、廣大興、大埔事件、洪仲丘案等案件引發社會不滿，雲林縣斗六市1名從事廣告招牌設計的46歲男子廖彬成，Kuso「馬皇橫著改革」的廣告看板酸馬不夠力。

廖彬成有感而發表示，總統馬英九下面的人都太強，「他能力又不夠，只是個樣版、砲灰」，下面的人只顧自己，不把他放在眼裡。

而1名網友改編「馬皇之我難過」、「笨蛋症候群」等歌曲PO網酸馬，歌詞寫道「你堅決不得罪財團，如今油電還上漲，叫我如何接受這安排。」「馬騜不但是一個笨蛋　它還可能是一個混蛋，徵文比賽、海豚轉彎、臉書治國、油電雙漲、3323都出現在這時期。」其他網友聽了後直呼「不可質疑你的神曲」。

報考汽、機車駕照之年齡資格為：須年滿十八歲；所以，你必須年滿十八歲［生日當天］，才可以到監理機關，所指定的醫療院所，做體檢哦，並可以去監理所、站，報考機車駕照；也可以去參加駕訓班學車，五周結訓後，即可考汽車駕照哦。

如果你是86年次，就是86+18就是104年，即可報考汽、機車駕照了；而84年次，必須84+18，就是102年的生日，年滿18歲[生日當天]，即才可報考汽、機車駕照哦。

1.國民身分證正本或軍人身分證或居留證明(均須正本)。
2.原領輕型機車駕照。
3.本人最近6個月內拍攝之1吋光面脫帽五官清晰正面半身照片(淺色背景)3張，並不得使用合成照片。
4.經體格檢查合格之「機器腳踏車駕駛執照登記書」一份。

(二)辦理地點：各公路監理機關機車駕照考驗報名窗口。

(三)規費：

1.報名費新台幣250元。
2.駕照規費新台幣200元。

(四)注意事項：

1.考領各類汽機車駕駛執照者，不受戶籍所在地之限制。
2.持輕型機車駕照報考者，通過駕照考驗領取駕照，須繳回輕型機車駕照。
3.通過駕照考驗後，若有交通違規罰鍰須先結清方得領照，未領照前不得駕車。
4.無須再參加筆試。

筆試題庫 :

筆試内容包括:道路交通標誌、道路交通標線、道路交通號誌、機車駕駛人手勢圖解、交通警察指揮手勢。

機車考照係以電腦測驗隨機抽樣出題，筆試30分鐘，機車類題目數為40題，包括標誌(線)號誌；選擇10題、是非5題、交通法規；選擇10題、是非15題，將依您答題情況予以計分；機車類計分方式為每題2.5分，【85分及格】。

路考需注意事項: 

要怎麼過直線七秒:

直線七秒長15公尺寬40公分，剛開始進去時，可以稍快些，

比較容易保持平衡，等到進入管線區後，就可以稍微減速，

利用慣性滑行，如果慣性快要消失了，則稍微加一下油門，

只要在管線區撐七秒就可以了。

鐵路平交道:需停在平交道停止線前，不可越線，且要等警

告聲完全消失、紅燈完全熄滅後，才可以通過。

交叉路口.斑馬線：需遵守號誌指示、勿闖紅燈，紅燈或黃

燈停車時，前輪不可越過停止線，需等待閃光黃燈訊號，熄滅了，才可以通過。
