共諜案 賴坤玠更三審獲5年緩刑

台灣高等法院審理共諜案，今天上午更三審宣判。在北京聯想公司任職的台商賴坤玠，被合議庭以行賄罪，判處有期徒刑1年5個月、褫奪公權2年、緩刑5年，並要支付國庫新台幣20萬元。全案可上訴。

賴坤玠三年前到對岸工作，結果被大陸人士吸收，返台後接觸飛指部曹姓少校，想取得我國飛彈技術等軍事機密，曹姓少校往上呈報，經國安單位偵辦，把賴坤玠逮捕到案。
