台南6農會詐貸案 金額高達18億

台南地區有農會人員勾結掮客、用不實資料詐騙申請農民低利貸款，地檢署今天偵查終結，總共起訴20名農會人員和掮客，另外有1142名貸款人、獲得緩起訴處分，涉案人數之多、非常罕見，詐貸金額就高達18億。 政府補貼農民申辦低利貸款，但卻有不肖農會人員和掮客勾結，利用不實資料詐騙貸款，光是台南地區六家農會，就詐貸了高達18億的貸款，南檢經過兩年追查，22號起訴涉案的農會人員和掮客共20人，還有1142名涉案人以緩起訴處分金換取緩起訴，涉案人數之多，歷年罕見。 ==南檢襄閱主任檢察官 曾昭愷== （原本）必須要繳5點多%的貸款利息給農會實際上借款人只要支付1點多%的利息而其中3點多%利息(差額)

都是由農業發展基金這樣的預算來做補貼 被起訴的農會人員，分別隸屬於台南市的六甲、東山、麻豆、新市、白河和新化六處農會，身分包括農會總幹事、信用部主任和職員等。檢方調查發現，農會人員在招攬貸款的過程，可以賺取業績獎金，而掮客則賺取傭金，各有誘因，但是利息差額由農發基金支付，等於是全民補貼，卻完全不是用在農業用途。 ==南檢襄閱主任檢察官 曾昭愷== 有的人把這些款項拿到手之後就還自己的貸款或者還地下錢莊的利息甚至還做結婚活動之用 截至目前為止，台南地區已經追回近三億元的不法貸款。不過農會詐貸案件不只如此，包括彰化、雲嘉和高屏地區的地檢署，都有類似的案件,仍然在偵辦中。記者呂宗芬許政俊台南報導
