【聯合報╱記者林宛諭、郭宣?、黃進恭／彰化報導】 2013.08.22 03:37 am 潭美颱風帶來豐沛雨量，昨天下午社頭鄉山腳路，水深一度到達小腿。鹿港鎮因正值滿潮 ，鎮公所增設抽水機，預防低窪地區遭海水倒灌。彰化市公所也針對山坡地設置排水道、 擋泥牆，果然發揮效果，沒有災情傳出。 彰化市長邱建富表示，彰化市建國科技大學旁的新建道路，上個月蘇力颱風豪雨爆發泥流 ，上游雨水夾雜土石流入民宅，水淹20公分，居民苦不堪言。 他說，為預防萬一，已事先要求包商做好排水道蓋上帆布蓋，並在民宅旁築起擋泥牆，避 免意外發生。 鹿港老街上月也因豪雨嚴重淹水，昨是滿月大潮，老街附近居民擔心海水倒灌，紛紛堆起 沙包。 鎮長黃振彥表示，鹿港老街每逢大雨淹水，這次增設抽水機2台移動式大型抽水機每秒可 抽0.3噸水，一有淹水狀況，加快排水速度。 昨天傍晚，社頭鄉協和村山腳路突然降下豪大雨，使的路面快速積水，水深一度到達小腿 處，造成多輛汽機車熄火拋錨，下午不少民眾準備供品祭拜好兄弟，不料積水迅速漫進室 內，不少人民眾慌亂中收好供品，趕走家中的積水，幸好水淹約半小時後消退，但雨勢忽 大忽小，居民提心吊膽。 http://udn.com/NEWS/DOMESTIC/DOM4/8112369.shtml#ixzz2ciBBRi00 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.168.172.241
