台南科大的住宿與工讀問題

我是今年的四技一新生，昨天察看宿舍抽籤公告，發現沒有抽中，心中頓時涼了半截！今天是8 / 23號，開學是9 / 9，學校考上卻得擔憂住宿問題，煩惱無限。雖然聽說附近有很多租屋的，但又不想一個人住，不知附近有沒有雙人以上雅房呢？以及，我該事先預定好嗎？還是等開學時找同學一起去看也可以？

又，台南科大的校內工讀，新生也能申請嗎？工讀生報名管理系統提是我輸入的是學生資訊網的帳密，我照著輸入卻一直被告知帳密有誤，然而同組帳密登入學生資訊網卻又可以通行，不知是否因為新生不能申請工讀呢？
