親戚死亡，繼承問題

伯父過世了

他的兒子辦理拋棄繼承，並通知我們親戚們要去辦理拋棄。

很多親戚，辦理拋棄很麻煩（一次還要１０００元），

故建議他辦理＂限定繼承＂(似乎修法變為全面限定繼承)，一人申報其他人等同效力

但卻回應我，因為他父親沒有財產，考量後所以辦理拋棄繼承!!

這讓我很困惑，所以有幾個問題想要請教:

1.) 限定繼承有什麼條件嗎?是不是需要什麼比較麻煩的資料？

2.) 沒有財產只有負債就不建議辦理限定繼承?

2.) 他先辦理拋棄繼承，我是否可以辦理＂限定繼承＂，以一免其他親戚的麻煩?
