跑步容易喘~其他的運動都不會

像仰臥起坐,手腳併行快走,單腳跳的話是屬於肌力和肌耐力部分,要是平時有在做不要一次過量,不喘是可以辦到的。

至於跑步裡面還是有一些技巧的,像是配速 ,你會不會忽快忽慢忽跑忽走呢?  或是心肺功能 沒之前在柔道社時的活躍了?
跑步重點在於調節呼吸,  呼吸順了才能跑久再加上擺手,這樣整個訓練算是有根本基礎了。

如果還是不放心,可以先去社區診所都有身體檢查,檢查看看
