Note接聽電話後對方聽不到我的聲音

我使用的手機是Note 1，說也奇怪前天電話通話都還很正常，結果隔天就遇到兩問題:
1.按撥號鍵後沒聽到響鈴的聲音，在一片無響聲的裝態下，就看到螢幕顯示語音通話中，但是完全聽不到對方
的聲音，再試一次還是一樣，然後就試著用擴音模式，結果可以聽到從喇叭發出的聲音，但是關掉擴音後，
用話筒還是聽不到對方的聲音。
2.手機顯示語音通話時我說話對方也聽不到。
昨天系統也重灌，問題還是一樣，收尋一整個晚上資料也沒有一樣的問題，後來無意間亂試，在通話中把[減少雜訊]關閉，居然可以聽到對方的聲音了，可是對方還是聽不到我的聲音;我有使用錄音測試麥克風都可以清楚的錄製我的聲音，用通話錄音也可以錄到對方跟我的聲音，可是對方還是聽不到我的聲音
