a 為二位小數：
-0.99 ≤ a < 0 或 0 < a < 0.99

a < √13 < (a + 0.01)
a < √13 及 √13 < (a+ 0.01)
a < √13 及 (a +0.01) > √13
a < √13 及 a > [(√13)- 0.01]
[(√13) - 0.01] < a < √13
3.596 < a < 3.606

因 a 為二位小數，故 a = 3.60

（故二位小數指小於 1 的二位小數，則本題無解。）
