開戶是屬於契約行為所以屬民法的範圍(金錢往來的都算民法) 所以需要滿二十歲才算成年人
除非你在未滿二十歲時就結婚在這個條件下你就屬於成年人

刑法上成年人是十八歲所以在刑法上你就屬於成年人了如偷竊搶錢販毒吸毒等這都屬於刑法上的

未滿二十歲前開的戶頭還是你的名字所以當你成年時哪個帳號還是你的只不過哪時是你的監護人(基本上都是父母親)同意的所以才有法律效力
未滿十六歲的都算是兒童所以沒有滿十六歲的人去工作都是非法的也就是童工被發現老闆會被罰的
