找一部電影

有次無意間在客運上看到的
看起來是美國電影
我記得女主角聽不到也不會說話 會比手語
男主角好像會作曲還有彈鋼琴
女主角還是學生

有幾幕是女主角宿醉
然後男主角說;終於有21歲的感覺了(大概是這樣)

最後男主不知道是離開了還是死了
應該是死了
我記得有幾墓是女主在墓園的樣子

我只記得這些了sorry~~
但我實在找不到
