新手機當機BB叫

小弟最近剛買了一隻 蝴蝶s
日前在使用手機 我是玩武俠Q傳
手機畫面忽然停住 然後叫發出BBB叫 一直叫
我把它重開之後 她才恢復正常
但是我之前有用複製 就算我重關機 那個複製的內容也在
不過那次bb叫完 重開機以後 資料就消失了

因為這種情況目前只發生一次
但我的手機才買不到7天 我這種情況 是正常的嗎?
如果不正常 我可以再拿去換一隻新的

另外 我才有加購皮套跟保護貼 如果我拿去換新的
保護貼 也會付給我新的嗎? 還是我要再貼錢買新的保護貼?
