水耕植物下養鬥魚

最近在B&Q看到一個玻璃瓶上面插者蓮花大竹的水耕植物，瓶口是密閉式的，那我如果再瓶子裡放一隻鬥魚會活嗎????
我在想密閉式的瓶口會不會沒有空氣???????
水耕植物的根會在水裡，或者是我在水裡放一個水草這樣可以嗎???
想問清楚.....怕殘害生命阿

要注意我的問題是瓶口是"密閉"的喔~~~~~請瞭解的朋友幫我解答一下~~~
