拍臉治療？打巴掌？　老大恐嚇中醫師

治療鼻竇炎，怎麼會變成醫師打病患巴掌？中醫診所院長出面解釋，這名中醫師看診時，沒有拍打陳姓男子臉頰，只有觸摸。

中醫診所院長戴志龍：「檢查兩邊肌肉的強度，看兩邊肌肉強度一不一樣。」記者：「是摸還是稍微拍打？」戴志龍：「應該是輕輕的觸診。」

院長口中的觸診，在陳姓男子看來可嚴重了，事後，小弟還嘲笑他，說老大被打巴掌還不知道，陳姓男子不甘心，付錢治療鼻竇炎，卻白白挨巴掌，1個月後打電話給中醫師，恐嚇他要出面解決，否則砸了診所。

戴志龍：「他說好像本來(目標是我)，這個集團是隨機找標的。」

打臉治鼻竇炎，究竟有沒有根據？有中醫師認為，拍打療法可能衍生自經絡針灸理論，像推拿也是一種拍打，不過中醫診所否認用拍打療法，檢方也查出，陳姓男子和同夥，另外涉及仙人跳和暴力討債，依恐嚇取財等罪起訴。
