暴雨不斷，台南市政府災防中心宣布今（31）天晚上停班停課。

災防中心指出，依據中央氣象局4點10分最新豪雨特報顯示，台南市列為超大豪雨地區；台南市災害應變中心因應水災於下午4點30分提升為一級開設。
