請問我這樣狀況該跳電信業者嗎?

目前用7MOBILE(兩支門號) 今年4月到現在 沒綁約 月租費(280半價變140) 上網吃到飽499 上網1G 200

門號一:140+499=639

門號二:140+200=340

7MOBILE的規則是，兩年內NP到其它家，要把月租費半價的折扣繳回，前三個月(NP)300之後每三個月加100，最多1000

但我是明年底才想換手機(I6)，但若明年底(12月)NP要繳給7MOBILE約900元，有點不甘。

但若現在NP要繳500。

想請問我現在該換電信公司嗎? 若換了有那些方案較適合我(不綁約)?

門號一:網內約20分/月 網外約30/月 上網1G/月

門號二::網內約20分/月 網外約30/月 上網2G/月 以上(不要吃到飽)

自己已問過一些電信商，幾乎都要綁約才有優惠(月租費和上網的打折)，有甚麼方案配合市價錢差不多的呢?
