最近想買婚戒，關於HOF的折扣想請教^^

請教各位，小弟明年要結婚了，目前想買鑽戒目前鎖定Hof,Tiffany,現在查詢有專賣店，百貨公司專櫃！想請教幾個問題:
1.像鑽戒是可以喊價嗎?還是牌價多少就多少?
2.像專櫃跟專賣店有什麼差別嗎，在價格部份?
3.像百貨公司是否只有週年慶配合滿5000送500這樣，還有什麼折扣可以教一下嗎?之前上網查好像有會員卡可打折，但聽說好像取消了?

可否請知道的版主告知，萬分感謝^^
