人權日前夕　全教總籲正視教師工會價值

【陳威廷／台北報導】明天是世界人權日，全國教師工會總聯合會上午舉行「解除心靈戒嚴，落實人權社會」記者會，該會理事長劉欽旭表示，《工會法》修正後，教師、醫師、護理師相繼組成工會，但部分教育官員、教育團體不僅未正面看待工會價值，還指控他們不務正業，充份反映出教師勞動權未獲完整保障。劉欽旭說，全教總成立後，已協助提出至少20個法律以上的法律修正案，可以接受社會公評，呼籲各界重視教師工會價值。
