丁寧擔心毒害　戒喝牛奶

【蔡維歆╱台北報導】丁寧挺5個月孕肚錄東森《現在才知道》，她透露懷孕至今胖了8公斤，目前體重60公斤，「但我一直都有在運動，怕懷孕後期就會不想動了。」原本她懷孕前常把牛奶當水喝，後來看書才發現牛奶喝過量容易引發疾病，之後她就選擇喝低脂牛奶，並盡量選購牧場的乳製品。營養師宋明樺也表示，瑞典有研究指出，每天飲用4次以上乳製品的婦女，卵巢癌發病率比每天喝兩次的婦女高出一倍。
