香港樓價漲幅 全球第三

物業顧問公司萊坊國際表示，截至第三季香港整體樓價按年上升16.1%，創全球第3大升幅。

報告指杜拜及中國大陸樓價升幅排名第1及第2，分別上升28.5%及21.6%。

萊坊的報告指出，截至9月底「全球樓價指數」已超越金融危機前的高位，較08年第2季高出4%，過去12個月累計升4.6%。

萊坊董事及大中華研究及諮詢部主管林浩文預計，樓市降溫措施持續，將令明年香港住宅交投量進一步萎縮，樓價將會下跌。相反，明年中國大陸住宅樓價將繼續上升，一線城市樓價升幅較二線城市更顯著。
