竹縣拒汙染 要求華映友達屆期封管

在縣府、縣議會和新埔鎮多方奔走下，環保署、桃園縣環保局通過104年底「華映、友達廢水全回收、零排放」環評審查，今天下午在縣府召開的監督會議，新竹縣長邱鏡淳重申，零排放日期不變，要求2廠屆期應自行封管，沒有討價還價的空間。

環保署、桃縣環保局通過華映、友達在104年12月31日不得再廢水入入霄裡溪，做到「全回收、零排放」，為嚴防並監督，新竹縣政府與桃園縣政府定期開會追蹤。

今天下午執行聯合監督小組會議，縣長邱鏡淳主持，會中，邱鏡淳指華映、友達兩廠廢水汙染新埔霄裡溪10餘年，造成群情眾怒，竹縣絕不寬容，下次會議輪由桃園縣政府承辦，還要安排到2廠去實地勘查製程，及廢水全回收工程進度。
