金興農公司香草雞肝廣告不實　憑發票退費

【黃任膺／台中報導】臺中市金農興公司販售的香草雞肝宣稱「無藥物殘留」，卻被行政院消保處委託中央畜產會檢出含有抗原蟲劑羅本嘧定及乃卡巴精，雞肉也含有少量羅本嘧定。臺中市消保官表示，上述產品藥物殘量雖符合法定標準，卻與廣告不符，協調後業者同意消費者持102年8月27日以後購買該公司香草雞肉或雞肝的「發票」或「會員購物紀錄」等證明，即可至原購買通路申請全額現金退費。
 
市府衛生局已要求業者下架，消保官也立即與業者協商退費機制，業者同意自102年8月27日起販售之雞肉及雞肝一律「現金全額退費」，消費者只要持發票或有會員消費資料，即可至原購買地點要求全額退費，也可撥打金農興公司服務專線04-23869198申請退費。
