標題[問題] 台哥大違約問題

小魯現在在嘉義山區工作 也沒說多山上 但是收訊就是超級爛 網路有跟沒有一樣 身邊的人都是用種花的用的爽爽 而我雖然拿潮到出水的哀鳳 但沒網路以及不能打電話 就是個很潮的磚頭 打去台哥大客服申訴 巴拉巴拉說一堆就是原本那邊的基地台被居民抗爭幹掉了 只能幫我裝個電波增強器 但只有我房間範圍可以增強 幹但是我是整個大地區都沒啥訊號阿 後來他又說可以幫我違約金折扣一千塊(原本三千多變成兩千多) 請問各位大大覺得這算合理嗎? 我該傻傻的付兩千多然後快樂NP大省 還是繼續跟他吵 有誰吵成功的案例嗎? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 101.8.91.34
