高市LED廣告牆　逾9成未申請許可

【胡治言／綜合報導】高市工務局清查全市59面LED廣告牆，發現逾9成未依法申請許可，已要求業者限期改善。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，依《高雄市廣告物管理自治條例》，廣告牆寬度不得超過1.2公尺規範，突出牆面部分不得超過50公分，尺寸超過規範者須修改或申請雜項建造，否則就要依法拆除。此外，常有民眾投訴LED廣告牆光害擾鄰，工務局安排業者與民眾現勘，初步決定夜間亮度應再減低6成，以降低視覺危害，未來不排除訂定光害管制辦法。
