最怕亞洲人從小建立的觀念就是喜歡買房...
把房子認為是投資品在買，而非需要才買....
所以兩百萬又跑去買房...
等於沒有太多實質作用...

上次看了陳文茜介紹的節目，瑞典的政策....
購買第二棟課重稅，
若要租人不能隨意漲房價、不能隨意趕走房客、每五年要免費油漆房屋。
也可以集資蓋房子....
一推一拉，讓人把房子視為需要才買的東西...
而不是拿來投資用...
很多人買來租人，就是代表那棟房子對他來說，可有可無...

所以政府的政策方向對一個國家來說絕對是最重要的....

喊喊口號，而無實質作為，要讓房價降...?!我認為很難....
