DRAM現貨價 2天漲1成

（中央社記者張建中新竹4日電）動態隨機存取記憶體(DRAM)現貨價走勢強勁，短短2天大漲1成。

因記憶體大廠海力士(Hynix)中國大陸無錫廠短期恐難復工，加上中國大陸市場農曆年前備貨需求強勁，帶動DRAM現貨價再度展開飆漲走勢。

根據市調機構集邦科技調查，DDR3 2Gb顆粒現貨均價已達2.799美元，創3年多來新高價。

DDR3 2Gb顆粒現貨均價今年來已上漲0.26美元，短短2天大漲1成。

隨著DRAM價格持續攀高，包括DRAM製造廠南科、華亞科及手握2個月庫存的記憶體模組廠威剛營運可望同步受惠。1030104
