不知是否有版友碰過類似狀況，或較了解相關法規的版友小妹於一間網拍包包的小公司擔任企劃，最近要準備商品拍攝的工作老闆要求若拍攝成品不符合他的需求要求我到時就需負起責任"自費"聘請攝影師與模特兒重新拍攝 (金額為5萬塊) 故想請問雇主這樣的要求是合法的嗎? 當員工碰到這種情況，需自費重新拍攝嗎? 謝謝。 PS: 因最近跟老闆的相處互動不是很好而偏偏照片這種東西很"主觀" 所以會擔心老闆吹毛求疵，大家都認為符合公司形象與風格，而他偏偏說不OK 故意要我自費重拍 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.161.47.168
