區公所人潮少　「下周才是大挑戰」

戶政系統因走向電子化所以整個系統改變，由以前的DOS系統變成WINDOWS系統，不過因介面問題造成昨天全台灣戶政系統大塞車，有民眾要辦身分證等了6個小時。基隆市安樂區公所今天上午人潮明顯變少，區公所人員私下表示，系統問題依然存在，昨天有200名民眾前往洽公所以塞車，今天是因為人潮少所以感覺不出來，只要是跨地區性的業務都要看「運氣」，電腦系統時快時慢，等下周一學校開學後會有更多的洽公民眾，那時真的是一大挑戰。（戴之聖／基隆報導）
