【於慶中／綜合外電報導】南非一對只有2歲及3歲的表姊妹，日前在家門口遭到5名壯漢擄走，她們遭到性侵後慘遭殺害棄屍公廁，總統祖瑪(Jacob Zuma)公開譴責這起事件。

兩名女童住在約翰尼斯堡市郊，她們在光天化日下被擄走。其中一名女童的媽媽表示，當時2人正在家門口玩耍，她約每5分鐘查看一次，但突然聽到不是她們的聲音，再次查看時，二人已經不知去向。家人、朋友及鄰居四處搜索，本月15號終於在一個骯髒的公廁中，發現她們的屍體。

其中一名女童媽媽表示，不能接受女兒被性侵後殺害的事實。5名男子涉嫌綁架、性侵及謀殺，周四(24日)在當地法庭應訊，當局並未公佈他們的身份。事件引發民眾示威，南非最近發生一連串兒童遭受虐待及性暴力事件，總統祖瑪呼籲市民配合執法者。南非每年平均有55000起性暴力個案。

【邱俊吉／台北報導】追繳富味鄉、大統長基的不法所得，衛生福利部經專家會議評估，分別向新北市政府、彰化縣政府建議，各可開罰富味鄉4.6億元、大統長基18.5億元，食品藥物管理署研究員黃文魁說，這些罰單，理論上會由地方政府開出，若有窒礙處，才會由中央政府開罰，但不論誰開罰，都將作為政府的罰款收入，不會撥發給民眾，因無法源依據，民眾若要向兩廠商求償，仍得走民事訴訟途徑。

黃文魁並表示，上述的罰金，並不是對兩廠商額外開罰，而是衛福部結合專家意見後，依據目前現有的違法事證，所建議的罰金總額，因此地方衛生局之前若陸續已對此二廠商開罰數百萬、數千萬元，這些罰金，都包含在上述的4.6億元、18.5億元中。

黃文魁也強調，這不是說對這兩公司就只會罰這些錢，而是「依據目前現有的違法事證」，最高雖只罰這些，但若持續發現新的事證，罰金自然又會堆高。不過這兩家公司仍可向地方政府提出訴願。至於對這兩家公司的董事是否也會依追繳不法所得的精神來開罰鉅款，黃文魁說，要經調查董事、公司代表權人確有參與不法情事，才會再針對這些個人開罰，上述罰金，都是針對公司，而非個人。

【葉國吏／綜合報導】全球最紅的黃色小鴨，桃園新屋後湖埤今天正式展出，第一天就湧入超過10萬人，來跟黃色小鴨合照。不過由於桃園風大，有網友夜探時發現，小鴨竟然瞬間老了老幾十歲，成了「阿婆鴨」。

有網友在臉書分享被風吹皺的黃色小鴨照，不禁替小鴨感到可憐。另外PTT(telnet://ptt.cc)也有網友分享黃色小鴨在各國展出時的萌樣，來做比較。結果網友一面倒，全都說桃園把小鴨放在池塘實在很「掉漆」，希望桃園不要為了沾光「糟蹋一隻小鴨」，也有網友戲稱桃園新屋後湖埤成了養鴨池塘「有道地台味」。
