國民黨再度抗告失敗，涉關說司法案的立法院長王金平暫保住黨籍及國會議長寶座，外界嘲諷馬英九總統所堅持的「大是大非」變成「大輸特輸」。對此，總統的母親有無疼惜表示支持？馬英九（2）日說，他每周回家吃飯，媽媽也會打電話給他關心；媽媽對他有信心；家人、姊姊也都支持他。

馬英九今接受Hit Fm專訪，主持人詢問除了總統夫人周美青表達支持處理關說案，媽媽和姊姊是否支持，馬英九作上述回應。

美國參、眾議院未能在午夜大限前通過預算法案，導致聯邦政府自1日起暫停運作，成為17年來首度關閉聯邦政府部分部門，100多萬聯邦政府公務員被迫放無薪假，受影響部門如下:

白宮：總統行政辦公室將讓約1265名職員休假，保留436名例外員工。獲保留的員工中，有15人將為白宮提供「最低運作與支援」。白宮行政機構將縮減到只剩骨幹人員。

美國情報機關：大量情報人員將放假，但奉命從事重要國家安全任務人員，包括支援總統維安、蒐集來自線民和諸如衛星或竊聽系統等監控設備資訊的人員，仍將留在工作崗位上。

國防部：所有軍方人員將維持正常職務狀態，不過國防部有40萬名文職員工將放無薪假。五角大廈表示，將暫停並非攸關國家安全的軍事活動。

聯邦員工：代表67萬名工會成員的美國政府僱員聯合會（American Federation of Government Employees）表示，有多達100萬名聯邦員工可能將放無薪假或延遲發薪。 (接下一頁)

餐廳名稱：甜在心咖啡館 消費時間：2013年9月 地址：台南市北忠街58巷12號 電話：06-2268168 營業時間：週一 - 週五: 10:00 - 22:00 週六 - 週日: 9:00 - 22:00 每人平均價位：100 可否刷卡：不可 推薦菜色：各式咖啡 無音樂網誌好讀版: http://mikageyoru.pixnet.net/blog/post/256604408 打從第一次聽到這個店名,身為星爺迷的我就決定這輩子去台南一定要衝一次. 恰好在高雄喝咖啡時,某間熟店的老闆也推薦了甜在心咖啡館的咖啡. 有趣的店名加上有好咖啡,怎麼可以錯過? 今天就來分享這間很棒的咖啡店給大家! 喜歡星爺電影的大家應該對甜在心這個名字不陌生,沒錯! 正是少林足球裡正妹阿梅開的好吃饅頭店! 但台南的這家甜在心, 暨不賣饅頭也沒有阿梅,而是一間隱身在火車站附近北忠街小巷裡的咖啡店. 第一次走訪是平日晚上, 騎到小巷口就可以看見一間燈火通明的溫馨小店, 隱藏在兩棵樹後面,儼然有半個樹屋的感覺. 一進甜在心, 整個木質歐風的吧台映入眼簾, 比起石頭材質,木質家具讓人感覺起來就是溫暖. 像客廳一樣素西的沙發座位區. 其實仔細看,甜在心在裝潢上下了不少工夫, 雖然不是金碧輝煌的精品家具,但原木的桌子和沙發椅也價值不菲, 而且比起聳擱舞辣的暴發戶高檔家具,這樣反而更有低調奢華的質感. 店家的小黑板. 每過一陣子就會介紹一兩種店家的特色豆子. 如果覺得上面的介紹不夠,隨時可以請教專業的店員喔! 要許多人在炎熱的夏天喝熱咖啡等於要他命, 許多咖啡館在這個時候推出了消暑的冰滴咖啡. 甜在心也不例外,比較特別的是他們家的冰滴選項超多! 一般在咖啡店大概都只看到一種或兩種. 這個就是店內的鎮店之寶,冰滴咖啡器.初訪時洪X丘案正沸沸揚揚, 連冰滴咖啡器都戴上了抗議國防部的頭巾(笑) 文青的藝文展覽櫃. 和一般現代咖啡店不一樣的是, 甜在心並沒有讓所有藝文DM放滿桌子,而是挑幾種藝文活動介紹, 讓整個桌面看起來不那麼雜亂. 店員幫我們送上茶水後,便親切地詢問我們要喝些什麼. 最近迷上了單品,和閃光拿著一大張各式單品的menu,看得眼花撩亂, 最後索性請店員推薦兩支酸度沒那麼驚人的豆子. 甜在心的單品價位非常親民,落在100~160之間,且大部分是100~130. 花式義式咖啡價位也不高,也是90~120,以這樣的一間質感店面,真的非常平價啊!!! 坐在吧檯等咖啡時,邊和閃光聊天邊看店員挑生豆, 這還是我第一次那麼近距離看生豆呢! 十分鐘後,我的咖啡先上桌了. 這是巴西咖啡. 上來時是整個set,除了一杯精品外,還有讓人聞香的咖啡粉瓶, 以及小小的分享杯. 巴西咖啡的香氣比較沉,除了中深焙咖啡豆的香味,還有一點點可可味. 分享杯,也是聞香杯. 從透明玻璃看過去,這咖啡有紅茶般的寶石光澤呢! 這杯巴西咖啡非常適合沒那麼接受中淺焙酸度的單品入門者. 咖啡喝起來比較屬於中深焙的厚重, 但又沒有深焙的苦味, 而是杏仁和可可的香氣. 閃光選的則是略帶酸味的綠寶曼特寧.上桌時也是整個set一起端上來. 綠寶曼特寧的咖啡粉聞起來比巴西清新,帶了一些菸草的香氣. 綠寶曼特寧的酸味不是入口的前味,而是在一兩秒後才會慢慢竄出的淡淡酸味, 也算是讓入門者好接受的酸度(至少我和閃光是啦!) 放涼之後這個酸味更明顯, 建議大家可以慢慢喝,體會一下這支咖啡豆在不同溫度的表現. 一訪因為吃了個太飽,飯後完全沒吃到甜點,但喝咖啡怎麼可以不配甜點嘛~~~ 於是兩星期後走訪台南,我和閃光特意晚餐吃少一些,就是為了去甜在心來個晚茶! 這次我們點一杯單品一杯熱卡布,閃光這次選的單品是哥倫比亞. 哥倫比亞屬於中焙帶點微酸的咖啡豆,酸味又比曼特寧強一些些, 不過因為香氣很濃郁,咖啡的醇度也很高,所以那樣的酸很滑順好入口. 我的熱卡布奇諾,簡單優雅的蕨類拉花. 雖然甜在心的卡布奇諾不是我喝過最喜歡的,不過就90元的表現來說非常不錯. 奶泡質地綿密,Espresso和奶泡的比例也搭得剛剛好,咖啡味沒被奶泡搶走味道. 特別吃少一點就是為了甜點! 這是甜在心的法式煎餅. 薄餅的配料很簡單,金黃色的薄餅裡包覆鮮奶油和水果. 不過...餅皮本身沒有發好,吃起來有點像台式的蛋餅,蛋味稍重且沒有輕薄的感覺. 個人覺得這道甜點有很大的進步空間啊~~~ [甜在心咖啡館]這名字的由來當然不是巧合,而是因為老闆是星爺的電影迷. 而星爺也不知道在哪一年走訪台灣時來這裡留下紀念簽名XDD 我跟閃光後來陸續來訪甜在心很多次,每一次我們都忍不住想, 甜在心到底賺什麼?為什麼能夠提供一個如此靜謐又有質感的空間, 配上每一杯充滿特色的好喝咖啡卻又十分平價? 某次逛到他們的官方臉書,發現一個簡短的介紹詞 "分享一杯咖啡,一份溫情和一點愛給需要的人" 我想,這裡許多熟客正是感受到這樣的用心,才會不斷回訪吧! 希望這麼一間咖啡店可以繼續在台南好久,好久. -- 永遠都充滿活力的 Love & Fight! http://www.wretch.cc/blog/mikageyoru -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.117.42.69 ※ mikageyoru:轉錄至看板 CAFENCAKE 10/02 09:40 ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ※ 轉錄者: mikageyoru (140.117.42.69), 時間: 10/02/2013 09:40:52 ※ 編輯: mikageyoru 來自: 140.117.42.69 (10/02 09:41)
