黃色小鴨首站高雄光榮碼頭再寫紀錄！高雄市政府1日指出，展出10天以來，人次已經突破140萬，高雄市長陳菊說，台灣最近很多事讓大家有點鬱悶，但高雄沒有氣餒！

陳菊1日在臉書「陳菊 (花媽) 市長」貼出一張小鴨倒影照寫到，台灣最近很多事讓大家有點鬱悶，但高雄沒有氣餒，除了黃色小鴨以外，在九月份，高雄剛完成兩件重要國際會議與賽事的舉辦，2013亞太城市高峰會議有102座城市來自世界38個不同國家的首長、代表與會，世界舞蹈大會也有來自48個國家的頂尖選手參加。

在市民支持下，高雄努力扮演好身為國際城市一員的角色，緊接著黃色小鴨在光榮碼頭展出，陳菊說，她相信，高雄這座城市展現出來的氣氛與活力，是與台灣其他的城市有很大的差別，竭誠歡迎國內外的朋友來高雄，欣賞高雄的多元風貌。

據了解，這張小鴨倒影照是知名社運攝影大師謝三泰在一個平日的清晨在光榮碼頭邊所拍下的。

另外，黃色小鴨台灣首站高雄展出活動展出10天以來，已經吸引140萬觀光人潮，因光榮碼頭周邊停車場有限，假日停車位一位難求，高雄市政府交通局已規劃假日免費接駁車，鼓勵民眾搭乘大眾運輸，路線起點自高雄捷運中央公園站1號出口公車停靠站發車，迄點為光榮碼頭前公車停靠站，沿線配合設置公共運輸專用道，統計9月28、29日疏運遊客約3.3萬人，成效良好，市府決定將於連續假日持續實施，以落實發展公共運輸政策的推動。

因應接下來的3個周末假日(10月5-6日、10月10-13日、10月19-20日)，交通局推出2項新措施，公共運輸服務再升級：1.假日免費接駁車開車時間提前至10點開車，尖峰時間加密車次最快5分鐘一班；2.配合假日免費接駁車行駛時間和路線，將擴大公共運輸專用道的範圍，除現有青年路(中華路-海邊路)雙向內側車道，將延長路線增加青年路(中山路-中華路)西向內側車道，免費接駁公車營運期間，除接駁車、大客車、公車、計程車、緊急救難車輛外，其他車輛禁止行駛公共運輸專用道，沿線路口也配合實施禁止小汽車左轉，公車除外。

此外，交通局也將視人潮機動調派接駁車，提供密集快速的公共運輸服務，如排隊人潮過多時，也將宣導民眾搭乘高雄捷運至中央公園站或至鹽埕埔站，沿五福路步行前往(成人步行時間約10～15分鐘)。

高雄市政府交通局呼籲，黃色小鴨活動展出期間，觀光人車眾多，周邊停車空間有限，假日經常一位難求，建議民眾多利用大眾運輸工具前往，避免道路壅塞影響民眾遊興與觀光品質。

　　甫由美國知名市場研究公司J.D. Power亞太分公司發布2013年台灣汽車售後服務顧客滿意度指標(CSI)調查報告，和泰車代理銷售的LEXUS再度榮獲今(2013)年台灣汽車業售後服務顧客滿意度(CSI)的第一名，這是LEXUS連續15年蟬連汽車業界CSI第一名的紀錄，不僅是國內，也是J.D. Power調查實施以來的世界紀錄。

今年邁入第16年的台灣J.D. Power CSI調查，已成為國內汽車業重要的指標性調查，LEXUS在5大項目調查中，包括維修服務品質、服務接待、取送車流程、服務人員表現、服務廠設施等，皆獲得車主的肯定，且以各項分數加權後總分909分(滿分1000分)再度衛冕成功。

若再加上J.D. Power於8月所公布的新車銷售顧客滿意度指標(SSI)調查的第一名佳績，LEXUS是再同步拿下新車銷售顧客滿意度和售後服務顧客滿意度兩大調查雙料冠軍。

今年J.D. Power CSI是針對3000多位於2011年3月到2012年6月期間購車的新車車主，並於2012年9月-2013年6月期間在授權服務廠進行保養維修的車主以問卷訪問，暸解其在原廠進行保養維修的經驗。

【綜合報導】北檢偵辦檢察總長黃世銘涉洩密案，總統馬英九今天上午接受廣播專訪指出，允諾將作證，首次對外說明在2次寓所單獨會見黃世銘，2人首次會面的，急call行政院長江宜樺及總統府前副秘書長羅智強研議。

馬英九今天上午8時接受《台北之音》主持人周玉蔻專訪，馬英九說，8月31日、9月1日均在寓所，與黃世銘一對一會談，沒有幕僚在側，也未留下會議記錄，二次見面時間約半小時至40分鐘。

8月31日當晚在黃世銘離去後，馬英九因獲悉王金平與柯建銘涉關說案，感覺十分震驚，致電給江宜樺及羅智強，晚上10時許赴馬寓所研商，3人當時結論均為「尊重」。

周玉蔻麻辣追問，8/31日是否與國外幕僚、包括金溥聰等人聯繫談論該事；馬英九均回應，沒有。

印度《商業標準報》（Business Standard）報導，10月1日開始的2013-14棉季，印度棉花產量預估將超過3,700萬包（1包=170公斤），如果天氣條件持續良好的話，產量更有可能達到創新高的4,000萬包水平。印度棉花聯合會副總裁K N Vishwanathan表示，受到雨水充足有利提高單產的影響，新年度棉花產量可望超過3,700萬包，高於上年度3,470萬包的產量。

印度主要的各個棉花產地當中，古吉拉特邦預估產量為1,350萬包，馬哈拉斯特拉邦產量預估為850萬包，安得拉邦產量預估為700萬包，卡納塔克邦產量預估為150萬包，中央邦產量預估為180萬包，北方邦產量預估為550萬包，泰米爾納德邦產量預估為800萬包，其他地區產量預估為130萬包。

印度紡織部長KS Rao本週表示，2013-14棉季，印度的棉花產量估計達到3,700萬包，其中有2,850萬包用來滿足國內的需求，剩下的850萬包將出口。2012-13棉季，印度的棉花產量估計為3,400萬包，國內的消費量達到2,600萬包，出口1,000萬包。印度棉花咨詢局則還沒有宣佈對2013-14棉季印度棉花產量的估計。

印度是世界第二大棉花生產國和出口國，良好的天氣條件--特別是在棉花種植州，以及棉花種植面積的增長，是棉花產量預期增加的主要因素。根據印度棉花咨商局的數據，2012/13年度印度棉花種植面積較上年度的1,218萬公頃下滑至1,177萬公頃，棉花產量則年減7%至3,300萬包。
