原po膚質聽美容師形容是內乾外油 最困擾的是 額頭會有閉鎖性粉刺 偶爾會冒痘，肌膚問題不大但感覺有點鬆弛（哭 從小就有雀斑，目前已過26歲 以前保養都算蠻隨便的，近兩年才真的開始重視保養這方面 平常使用的都是開架，多半是擦心安蠻無感的 想問使用過這兩款的版友們 對於想穩定肌膚、減緩老化鬆弛較推薦哪款？ 或是有其他推薦的精華液可以介紹給我，謝謝^_^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.158.136.125

【施昂強／台北報導】「胖達人」麵包店遭踢爆添加人工香精，台北市長郝龍斌今天下午還要求市府蒐集證據移送檢調，今天「胖達人」就突然宣告歇業3天，各處分店都拉下鐵門，只貼出一紙黑底白字的「暫停營業」公告，說明為了「調整產品流程」進行整頓，讓不少撲空的民眾只能乾望公告內容。
 
「胖達人」同時在公告中說明，將依消保官指示辦理退費，下週二將公佈退費方法。

颱風天撿漂流木 侵占罪法辦

（中央社記者郝雪卿台中24日電）台中市警方接獲線報指稱有人利用颱風後撿拾漂流木牟利，果然在潭美颱風過後在大甲溪發現1名男子，依侵占罪嫌移送法辦。

台中市警察局豐原分局偵查隊接獲線報指稱，有不肖之徒想要利用潭美颱風大雨之際撿拾大甲溪漂流木牟取暴利。

員警果然於23日上午9時20分許，在大甲溪發現有1名男子開著1輛廂型車行跡可疑，員警上前盤查，發現這名朱姓男子有強盜、竊盜前科，當場在其廂型車內發現在大甲溪河床上撿拾的漂流木。

警方指出，朱姓男子撿拾的漂流木有針葉一級肖楠2支、扁柏1支等，價值約新台幣5800多元，員警偵訊後，依森林法及侵占罪移送台中地檢署偵辦。

警方說，朱姓男子自稱是第1次撿拾漂流木，但員警觀察其所撿拾漂流木都是價值不斐的針葉一級木如肖楠、扁柏等，都是上等的木材，研判朱姓男子絕對是名識貨的人。

而朱姓男子還向警方供稱，撿拾漂流木是要做聚寶盆，希望可集財氣，但還未聚財即被警方查獲吃上官司，讓他直呼真是倒楣。1020824

【邱中岳／新北報導】求人不如求己！新北市消防局第五大隊為了提升民眾的「防災意識」，今天下午在土城大三園社區舉辦標竿演練，指導民眾依火災、颱風等災害不同的情境，進行狀況判斷，採取有效自衛消防活動或防災行動。
 
新北市消防局第五大隊表示，「防災社區」不僅是要建構一個當災害發生時能迅速應變的社區，並且希望透過民眾的動員、防救災學習與訓練，強化社區整體的防救災能力。
