【蘇聖怡／台北報導】不滿內政部長李鴻源將「苗栗大埔案」與「台南鐵路地下化案」相提並論，台南市長賴清德今原定在行政院會時，當面要求李鴻源澄清誤會；不過，李鴻源坐鎮防災中心未出席。賴清德則舉行記者會對外說明指出，台南鐵路地下化與大埔案在公益性、必要性上都不同，地下化案的需地機關是交通部，徵收土地為道路使用，不會被財團牟利；李鴻源從政治角度出發，另人質疑有「圍魏救趙」的意圖。

賴清德指出，李鴻源發言前未詳細了解鐵路地下化與大埔案不同，造成社會誤解，恐影響鐵路地下化推動，若導致工程延宕，對台南市民不公平。呼籲李鴻源公開澄清說明。

對於鐵路自救會訴求，賴清德指出，自行政院2009年核定核定後幾經溝通與評估，相較自救會的「逆打工法」較費時危險，且拆除戶更多，因此選擇繼續推動政院版。賴強調，他會盡全力與民眾溝通，不會輕言強拆，「身為市府有責任進行重大建設，身為市長有義務照顧市民」。

【綜合報導】桃園縣蘆竹鄉1棟大樓警衛前晚到9樓頂巡視，手機掉到一處死角通道，撿起手機時，赫見紙板下有一雙腳，發現1具男性乾屍；警方研判死者遭凍亡，死亡8個月之久，該大樓住戶說，難怪有怪味，特別每次開空調時，味道特別明顯，以為是機器問題。

《自由時報》報導，桃園南崁路1處大樓頂樓打造成空中花園，附設的健診中心裡有小廚房，廚房與女兒牆之間，有寬約1公尺的通道，男屍即在該處被發現。

警方初步研判，死者身穿冬天夾克及牛仔褲，當時可能躲在廚房後方空隙，趁機找食物吃，死者身分是住龜山鄉的40歲楊姓男子，去年11月通報失蹤。法醫初步鑑定排除他殺，楊姓男子家屬指認，屍體因長時間曝曬，無法辨認臉型，要比對DNA確認身分。

阿哈！大家有沒有被標題跟上面這張圖片驚嚇到了咧？冷靜定眼一看，才發現了好幾個疑點，什麼叫做＂停止下班下課＂蛤！？想嚇唬誰 XD，右上角的新聞台 LOGO 好像也有一咪咪怪怪的…是 TV135 新聞台！會不會太擬真了點這張圖，遠遠地再加上有點失去理智的看到，還真的會被騙去耶！

其實這張圖是利用「我要上新聞」這個 APP 製作出來的，它是一款有趣的圖片編輯程式，讓你惡搞騙騙天真網友用的，與正版新聞畫面相似度達百分之九十五，收錄了十個新聞頻道模板，包含年伐新聞、東淼新聞、中夫新聞、民親新聞、三位新聞、非几新聞、聯囧新聞、TV135新聞、壺電視新聞、種秧社新聞，開發者將新聞台的台名修改的唯妙唯肖， LOGO 也設計的很相似，會不會太有才了。

偽新聞畫面中的標題、快訊、跑馬燈都可以手動輸入 KUSO 的文字內容，另外輔助的氣象、地點、股市訊息也可以自行修改，全部輸入完成後，可直接保存或傳送到 Facebook、Twitter、LINE、Google+…等，超方便分（ㄑㄧ）享（ㄆㄧㄢˋ）給社會大眾唷！不過目前僅提供 Android 版本，吃蘋果的朋友就……負責被騙好了…

標題[心得] PVZA奪腦大作戰

以下的條件是建立在十三塊地全開的條件之上 巨人殭屍還沒開放之前，觀察前幾名的陣形大概就是路徑很長 然後用含羞草在中間射~~ 這種的派三批殭屍控制的好可以攻略一棟房子，控不好就血本無歸。 PVZA地圖打完後沒事幹，過陣子錢跟殭屍幣就會滿了，滿了不能收錢就沒經驗值。 所以要把錢花掉，經驗值才會持續增加，雖說等級高好像也沒什麼好處。 要花錢可以打地圖關消耗植物再補充植物，但是速度有限，最快的方法就是偷腦。 (當然現在有雙頭向日葵可以花更快，但是地圖關打久很無聊，偷腦有快感的) 以防守方的觀點： 1.有了巨人殭屍，什麼陣形都是浮雲，只要他輕輕一扔，小殭屍就帶著旗子飛到 你家門口，所以最好在房子前能擺顆石頭，避免讓他一批殭屍就達陣，至少消 掉2批，讓對手多花點錢跟時間補充兵力。 不放石頭的話植物最好以含羞草為主。 2.弄幾個空房子當目標，讓對手花2批兵力才發現撲空，耗掉他的時間&金錢。 3.腦多一點的時候要分散放，一塊地有三間房，各放一顆對手至少要6批兵力才能 全拿，集中在一間對手有可能2批就命中了。 以攻擊方的觀點： 1.箭射出頭鳥，不用遊戲一開跑就一直攻城掠地，你家裡只有十三顆腦，陣形又不 錯，玩家比較不會來打，因為你一塊地可能只有一顆，誰家的腦比較多呢？當然 是前幾名阿。一開始養兵存錢，偶爾偷一兩顆耗一點兵力，等到後面兩三天再認 真偷。 2.兵種配置大概就是巨人5，汽油、舉重、保全合起來5(都要有)，先出巨人，再看 小殭屍的落點決定下一批派啥，落在火力中樞就派汽油，前方有石頭就派保全， 有高級石頭就派舉重。 3.遊戲的後半不是比誰比較會偷腦，而是比誰偷腦的速度大於腦被偷的速度，所以 存錢很重要，養十批兵大概要5~6萬，差不多是一天的收入，前面多存點到後面 大大方方的花。 我最多賺到4顆鑽石，但是地圖遊戲中不小心點到VIP冰豆花掉80鑽石XD ========================================================================= 這遊戲的人氣似乎不高，但是用來騙騙P幣還可以，目前開到十三塊地 電腦已經有點吃力，最強的殭屍也出來了，看來這款遊戲可能也...... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.242.66.120
