潭美颱風來襲！馬尼拉大淹水，菲律賓股匯債市關閉

在菲律賓外海颱風潭美(Trami)與西南季風與交互作用，令菲律賓最大島呂宋島(Luzon)遭到暴雨肆虐，首都馬尼拉以及多個省份目前淹水嚴重，也促使政府決定在今(19)日暫時關閉金融交易市場、公家機關以及學校。

彭博社、Sun.Star等多家報導，菲律賓央行(Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas)副總裁Nestor Espenilla宣布，菲律賓匯市、公債市場今日將暫停交易、結算一天。菲律賓證券交易所(Philippine Stock Exchange)也宣佈，股市今日將暫停交易與交割活動。

菲律賓氣象局昨日晚間將豪雨警報由橘色調高至紅色之後，今日再度於當地時間早上6時15分對馬尼拉以及鄰近省份發出紅色超大豪雨警戒。氣象局警告，由於潭美颱風強化了西南季風，未來恐降下豪大雨、導致嚴重淹水。截至當地時間19日早上4點為止，潭美颱風位於菲律賓北邊巴丹(Batanes)省東方外海550公里處。

早在一年前，馬尼拉地區同樣也遭大水肆虐、約50%的區域都成了水鄉澤國，當時造成至少15位當地民眾死亡、數千人流離失所。

黑松現金減資25%案今生效 預計11月啟動發還股金作業

老牌飲料廠黑松(1234)經股東會通過的現金減資25%並退還股東股款案，經黑松公司向金管會證期局送件之後，由黑松公司自動撤件，並重新進行送件後今天生效，由黑松對於現金減資案的規劃，將在11月啟動發還股東股金作業。

黑松的目前股本為53.58億元，黑松向金管會證期局送件現金減資13.4億元，等於現金減資25%元，每股退還原股東2.5元，黑松的此一現金減資申請案在今(19)日生效。

黑松此一現金減資案順利獲證期局核准生效，黑松的現金減資案將在9月底前向經濟部完成變更登記，有關股東股票換票、退還股金等事宜也預計在11月進行。

黑松對於經股東會通過的配發去年股利2.5元現金股息案已在8月1日除息交易，但黑松股價在除息以來呈現疲弱走勢股價並嚴重貼息，且因第2季財報本業虧損並且認列高達5.96億元的未分配盈餘課稅，造成第2季稅後大虧5.19億元，每股稅後虧損達0.97元。

黑松公司累計2013年上半年稅後虧損4.16億元，每股稅後虧損0.78元。

但第3季為黑松的行銷旺季，在本業上可望出現轉虧為盈的業績走勢。

聯鈞Q3旺季效應料發酵，毛利率估看增

聯鈞（3450）所公布的第二季財報毛利率18.7%，雖較第一季成長1.7個百分點，但是低於法人所預期的20%水準，主要是聯鈞子公司捷敏營收僅季成長5%、同時第二季捷敏毛利率下滑影響所致。聯鈞評估，受惠於捷敏7月營收成長，且聯鈞7月份感測相關的「光資訊」產品業績衝上高峰，預料第三季毛利率與獲利皆為今年以來的新高，即第三季業績料有旺季效益。 聯鈞合併營收來自母公司聯鈞、子公司捷敏電子及AOC封測代工的合鈞；合鈞營收占比並不高，主要以聯鈞、捷敏為主。 聯鈞、合鈞、捷敏電子的第三季業績皆可望優於第二季，本季營收將有旺季表現。其中，出貨「光通訊、光資訊產品」的聯鈞，7至9月份營收可望平穩，而以「電源控制IC」為主的大陸捷敏電子7月營業額已達2億元、優於第二季每月的平均表現。

同時捷敏的8月份業績亦可望再優於7月表現，惟電源控制IC的產業能見度沒有很長，9月份捷敏電子再成長的幅度還不明朗。主要作AOC主動式光纖纜線的合鈞，其第三季出貨量及營業額也應該會逐月成長。

反應在毛利率上，第二季聯鈞整體合併毛利率約18.7%；第三季聯鈞的EPON出貨雖仍下降中，但GPON、光資訊業績則出現今年以來的新高峰，且捷敏的7月份出貨也回升，預料第三季整體毛利率將可望較第二季的毛利率18.7%成長。
