【動新聞】日月光竄改數據　長期偷排廢水

【胡治言／綜合報導】日月光涉偷排重金屬廢水案，高雄市環保局發現日月光上報環保局數據涉嫌造假，高雄檢方也發現日月光在內部數據資料上就可能動手腳。

今日出刊的《蘋果》報導，高市環保局昨查出，日月光提供的Ｋ７廠放流水質檢測報告造假，以10月1日廠方提供的報表為例，當天化學需氧量（COD）為79、pH值為4.14、懸浮固體（SS）為9.5，與日月光廠內電腦監測原始數據COD為135至150間、pH值2.84以下、SS約90相比有如天壤之別，環保局長陳金德痛斥日月光「長期且蓄意」偷排！
