根據中信房屋最新的民調顯示，多數北市民眾認為，2014年「房價將維持高檔不墜，呈現平穩狀態，房價會在正負3%間徘徊」，比例有22.6%，在所有選項中排名第一。

其次，認為「2014房價會微漲3%~5%」比例有18.9%排名第二；認為「房價還會上漲10%以上」的比例為11.3%，排名第三；再者認為「房價會小跌3%~5%」的比例有10.8%，排名第四。

中信房屋副總經理劉天仁表示，根據台北市地政局11月28日公布的8月住宅價格指數為112.8，創下實價登錄自去年8月上路以來的新高，北市房價一年來已上漲12.8％，顯見精華區台北市仍是買方置產的首選，未來房價大跌不易，但要大幅成長也有難度。
