男子巨型酒糟鼻腫瘤切除　母現身祝重生

【周昭平／高雄報導】44歲王先生3年前鼻子長出玫瑰斑腫塊，因中風行動不便未就醫，直到今年8月因病灶大到像串葡萄掛鼻上，才到高雄醫學大學附設醫院接受手術治療。經過術後近4個月照護，今天在聖誕節前展現手術成果，家人直說：「這是最棒的聖誕節禮物」。

上午記者會現場，王先生高齡80歲母親也到場感謝醫護辛勞，2人過去4年因彼此行動不便未能見面，因擔心王母擔心，連手術也是事後才告知，兩人數度緊緊牽手，王南姊姊則說，手術前後相差甚大，讓弟弟宛若新生。

王男主治醫師、美容外科醫學會理事長賴春生說，患者是極為罕見的混融四型酒糟玫瑰斑患者，巨型腫瘤有23*13*8公分大，透過手術切除及皮膚移植才還患者正常外觀，也改善呼吸順暢及飲食便利，個性也變得樂觀。
