拿不到特赦令　男獄中自宮

【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】肯亞一名男犯卡路里(Francis Karuri)，因為拿不到今年的總統特赦令，讓他相當難過，竟然就在獄中自宮。

根據英國《每日星報》報導，肯亞總統肯亞塔(Uhuru Kenyatta)日前公佈今年度的特赦名單，但名單中沒有卡路里，讓卡路里相當難過，直接在獄中把自己的生殖器割下。他的獄友說，卡路里已經被關了15年，他很期待這次的新年可以和家人團聚，但願望落空。

獄友還說，卡路里曾說：「如果沒有被特赦，我也不需要我的生殖器了。」目前卡路里傷勢嚴重，正在醫院急救中。
