請問我該檢舉賣家嗎?

我買了一個耳機，已經是兩個月前的事情了，我發現它的耳機根本不是原廠，樣貌還是有些差異，聲音又刺耳，而且壞得很快，我當時跟賣家提出時他只說可以退貨，對原廠的事情並沒有提出正面回應。

雖然那對我而言已經是過去式了，但它的評價很好(幾千人評價)，購買的人也很多，他現在還是掛著(保證原廠)的名號繼續販賣那個耳機，東西現在還有人持續購買，我想檢舉他，但又不想惹上任何一些麻煩

請大大給我一些意見
